Leadership Models - Intalneste liderii din companiile partenere

In prima zi a Top Talents vrem sa cunosti cat mai multe modele de succes de pe piata din Romania.

Opt top manageri de succes ai unor companii multinationale, iti vor impartasi din experienta lor si iti vor dovedi ce inseamna sa acorzi importanta atat dezvoltarii personale cat si celei profesionale. Vor fi alaturi de tine:

Babak Fouladi, Chief Technical Officer Vodafone

Babak Fouladi is the new Chief Technical Officer of Vodafone Romania, since September 2010. Babak has been working as VP, Multimedia and Systems Integration for Ericsson, for the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region, based in Moscow. He also held this role in London, for the UK and Ireland, for two years. Prior to this, Babak was the Director of IT Development for Ericsson, based in the UK.

Before joining Ericsson, Babak worked for “3” in the UK, lastminute.com, OracleCorporation and the World Bank in the US.

Babak has a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Information Management from George Washington University, Washington DC, USA.

Neil Coupland, General Manager and VP JTI Romania/Moldova

Born and brought up overseas Neil has lived and worked in over 15 different countries accross four continents. He started his career as a marketing assistant in the hotel business before moving into Tobacco in 1990. Neil has worked in the tobacco business since that time.
His interests include Travel, Rugby, Music, and a lot of reading. Neil is married and has two sons aged 16 and 18. He has lived and worked in Romania since September 2008.

Mi-am inceput cariera la Kraft Foods acum 16 ani. In primii 8 ani am lucrat ca Director de Resurse Umane al filialei din Romania a grupului, intre 2003 si 2006 am ocupat pozitia de Director Resurse Umane pentru Productie in regiunea Asia Pacific, fiind localizat la Melbourne si apoi in Singapore. Intre 2006 – 2007 am activat ca Director Resurse Umane al Kraft Foods Egipt. Din mai 2007 m-am reintors in filiala din Romania, ca Director Resurse Umane. Sunt membru fondator al HR Club din Romania. Cea mai mare realizare profesionala – am angajat si dezvoltat 5 oameni pana la nivelul de Directori de Resurse Umane. Cel mai mare esec ... veniti la Conferinta Top Talents si va voi spune si asta.

Richard Matalon, General Manager L`Oreal Romania

Richard Matalon, este dedicat domeniul frumusetii de peste 30 de ani, de cand s-a alaturat grupului L’Oréal.
Richard Matalon are o experienta vasta in diverse divizii ale companiei, atat pe pietele dezvoltate, mature, cat si pe pietele emergente.
In anul 2008, dupa o perioada in care a condus operatiunile din Indonezia, din pozitia de Director - Presedinte, Richard Matalon a preluat managementul activitatilor din Romania. A revenit la 15 ani dupa ce prospectase infiintarea filialei L’Oréal in tara noastra, odata cu deschiderea pietelor din Europa de Est.

Career Café

Obiectivul acestui Career Café este ca tu sa descoperi ce presupune sa lucrezi intr-un anumit departament din cadrul unei companii. Vei face parte dintr-un grup de maxim 10 participanti care vor discuta cu un reprezentant al unuia din cei 8 parteneri ai proiectului. Fiecare discutie va dura aproximativ 30 min, astfel in timpul alocat acestei sesiuni vei avea oportunitatea de a descoperi 3 departamente diferite.

Self Leadership

Vremurile dificile prin care trecem sunt o excelenta ocazie de a ne cunoaste mai bine pe noi insine, de a deveni mai responsabili pentru impactul pe care dorim sa-l avem in jur. Construirea unui brand personal credibil si respectat se bazeaza in primul rand pe intelegerea a cine suntem: “Leadership starts with understanding yourself first. Only then are you ready to lead others, to lead teams and whole organizations”, Ken Blanchard. Sesiunea “Self Leadership” ofera spatiul de reflectie si de lucru pentru a intelege actiunile pe care le puteti intreprinde si deveni mai proactivi, mai productivi si mai autonomi – adica a avea un brand personal al unui profesionist autentic!
